The KC Group are representing an established legal firm in the Solihull area who are recruiting for Polish speaking Conveyancing Paralegal for a full time permanent role. 
The role is based onsite, Monday-Thursday, 9am-5:30pm and Friday 9am-5:00pm with further progression and training opportunities available.
To be considered for the Conveyancing paralegal role:

  • Passionate about residential property
  • Ability to speak and write or translate in Polish and English
  • Excellent organisational skills 
  • Attention to detail and numeracy skills.
  • Experience within a similar setting 

Key duties of the Conveyancing paralegal role: 

  • Provide administrative support to lawyer/conveyancers 
  • Handling incoming queries
  • Liaising with clients, brokers, estate agents.
  • Issue draft contract and applications for Land Registry.
  • Typing and filing legal documents and providing correspondence.
  • Draft bills and completion statements
  • Case progression
  • Keeping case management system updated
  • Identify opportunities to cross sell services 
Key information about the Conveyancing Paralegal role:
  • Salary of £25k
  • Office based Monday-Friday
  • Training and progression available
