Employee Relations Assistant 

Our client is looking for a Employee Relations Assistant to work remotely on a fixed 6 month contract, repsonsible for providing administrative support to the Employee Relations (ER) Advisors as well as key stakeholders across all areas of the business.

We would love to hear from you If:

  • Minimum of 1 year’s administration experience
  • Excellent written, verbal and organisational skills  
  • Experience of managing and prioritising own workload 
  • Confident communicator and able to remain resilient
  • Fun, team player who works collaboratively
  • Ability to commute to the Redditch Head Office (average 1 day per week)

Overview of the role of Employee Relations Assistant: 

  • Build and maintain an effective communication loop with the Senior Employee Relations Advisor and Employees Relations Advisor 
  • Support the Business to implement actions which help drive change and a culture focused on colleague engagement
  • Partner with the stakeholders and managers across the business to deliver high quality and compliant administration support on ER issues
  • Assisting with the People Team on projects, reviewing polices and procedures both business wide and ad hoc
  • Keep up to date with developments in employment legislation to ensure continuous development and improvement in the service offered
  • Sharing of knowledge, best practice, lessons learnt, and any changes or updates to matters affecting ER

Key Information about the role of Employee Relations Assistant:

  • 6 month Fixed Term Contract
  • 25 days plus 8 bank holidays
  • upto 5% Discretionary Bonus
  • 37.5 per week, 8.45am-5pm Monday-Friday
