HR Advisor


We are currently recruiting for a HR Advisor to join our client, who have a Head Office near Birmingham City Centre. This is a full-time permanent role, offering a competitive salary and fantastic benefits.
As HR Advisor you will be responsible for providing advice and guidance to all areas of the business on HR related matters.
We would love to hear from you if:

  • You have a minimum 2+ years experience in HR
  • Enjoys working collaboratively within a HR team
  • Has a strong Knowledge of employment law & legislations
  • Excellent at managing your work load
  • Microsoft package knowledge, advanced Excel skills desirable
  • Confident communicator
  • Able to travel to the Birmingham Head Office

Overview of the role of HR Advisor:

  • Assisting with all aspects of the recruitment cycle, from posting job ads, pre-screening candidates, responding to job applications and supporting the interview process when required
  • Working collaboratively with managers and keys stakeholders across the group providing advise and support on HR related issues
  • Support the on-boarding process of new starters across the business
  • Offer guidance and advice to employees and line managers on range of ER issues, as well as supporting the wider HR team during disciplinary hearings
  • HR inbox management
  • Contribute to implementation and development of policies & procedures
  • Support HR Team projects both business wide and adhoc

Key Information about the role:

  • Salary – £28,000 – £30,000
