HR Business Partner 

Our client Is a Market Leader In providing mains-fed water solutions to customers worldwide and require a HR Business Partner to manage and deliver on key projects Including rewards and benefits, restructure, TUPE and culture change programs across various sites within the UK & Ireland.

We want to hear from you If:

  • A background In HR as either a HR Advisor/Business Partner In a fast-paced environment 
  • Knowledge of Employment Law
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport easily 
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Experience managing complex ER issues
  • Educated to degree level or CIPD qualified desirable 

Overview of the role:

  • Working with the Head Of HR to support culture change programs and manage key people management change programs
  • Managing TUPE In projects, providing support on M&A activities
  • Contributing to the development of compensation and benefits reviews and play an active role In initiatives related to employee engagement 
  • Deliver Talent and succession planning to drive performance
  • Coach and provide ER advice and guidance to Managers and Senior Managers
  • Provide leadership and coaching to Regional Managers in relation to all HR matters including policy advice, leadership & team development, performance management, performance reviews, recruitment and engagement
  • Identify and provide appropriate leadership and coaching to drive overall business performance
  • Managing risk by ensuring of compliance with employment legislation and policies
