HR Project Manager

Our client is looking for a HR Project Manager to join the senior leadership time of an international company based in Birmingham City Centre. You will work with key stakeholders across the business on exciting transformational projects across the business.

Overview of the role:

  • Managing the Great Place to Work Submission
  • Working as a brand ambassador with national events such as The Commonwealth Games.
  • Managing the HR Risk Register.
  • Providing expertise for team on ER issues and good practice.
  • Working closely with the HR Director at a strategic level to support the aims and objectives of the business.
  • Coordinating promotion schemes, including senior candidates.
  • Analysing Rewards data to maximise internal opportunities.
  • Developing and implementing plans to support the People and Talent Strategy with the HR leadership team.
  • Acting as a standalone leader with the company to take personal ownership of projects with internal and external stakeholders,
