A busy Law firm based on the outskirts of Birmingham is looking to recruit an experienced Legal Secretary for their Conveyancing department.

This is a full-time permanent position for someone with a professional, calm and methodical approach.

This is a fast paced but friendly environment so a team player attitude is a must!

We would love to hear from people who:

  • Have fast and accurate typing skills
  • Are IT literate (Windows10/11 and Microsoft Office Package)
  • Are willing to learn and train
  • Have excellent administrative or secretarial skills

Overview of the role of Legal Secretary:

  • Audio & Copy typing
  • Use of case management systems
  • Diary management
  • Preparing court bundles (paper and electronic)
  • Submitting online forms
  • Liaising with clients, experts, lawyers and the courts
  • Email and phone correspondence for the team
  • General office administration including photocopying and filing

Key information:

  • Located 3 miles out of city centre in the buzzing area of Moseley
  • Parking provided
  • Salary dependant on experience
