Operations Manager

Our client is looking for an Operations Manager to oversee the Operations of a Dementia Support Service with the leadership team of a charity based in Tipton. The Dementia Support Service provides a range of support to people living with memory concerns and their carers.

We would love to hear from people who:

  • Have experience of managing charity or Health and Social car projects.
  • Can lead a team effectively and compassionately.
  • Have outstanding communication skills.
  • Understand the NHS and the challenges currently faced by health services.

Overview of the role:

  • Provide guidance and support to the team including with wellbeing.
  • Safeguarding vulnerable members of the community.
  • Ensuring the Dementia service is suitable for purpose and providing an outstanding service.
  • Working with a wider collaborative team of agencies and establishments to support those with memory concern.
  • Promoting the service throughout the whole of Sandwell.
  • Arranging training when appropriate for members of the team.
  • Working with the senior leadership team of the charity to support the wider community.
  • Working with a diverse population to develop and deliver the service provided.
