I am currently working with an accountancy firm who are urgently looking for a Payroll Bureau Administrator for an immediate start. This is a Permanent Full-Time role and Fully Remote from Monday to Friday. The candidate will be required to travel to one of the company’s offices for one week’s training at the beginning of the role. Their offices are based in Rugby, Northampton, Daventry, and Market Harborough. Experience within Bureau is essential due to the high volume of clients.
The main duties include:
- Looking after a range of clients and processing monthly and weekly client payroll.
- Processing all new starters and leavers.
- Inputting, calculation and recording of SAP, SSP, and SMP.
- Processing of HMRC forms including P45 and P60’s.
