Recruitment Business Partner

Reporting Into the Chief Operating Officer, you will be responsible for managing an exclusive and lucrative client account as well as responsible for driving department growth and revenue through new and existing accounts.

  • Have experience within a recruitment environment
  • You have experience of maintaining client/candidate relationships
  • Experience managing master vendor contracts
  • Are a confident, approachable and enthusiastic team player
  • Provide clear and diplomatic communication
  • Possess sound knowledge of employment legislation and equal opportunities policies within a recruitment setting
  • Are confident with social media and Office software

Duties and Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing and maintaining existing client relationships and securing new clients
  • Grow your team- recruit and manage a team of resourcers/consultants to improve placement success and growth of client base
  • Drive team performance and productivity through effective coaching and mentoring to drive revenues
  • Minimize off contract spend
  • Secure new sole supplier business opportunities and preferred supplier status
  • Working closely with managers and key stakeholders, acting as subject matter expert and sharing recruitment market Insights
  • Ensure recruitment requirements of the client are met within the agreed timeframe and SLA
  • Networking with other areas of the business including Marketing Department regarding strategy
  • Manage and devise candidate attraction strategies e.g. engagement events
  • Create recruitment materials such as Job adverts
  • Keep up to date with Industry practices and procedures to ensure overall department efficiency and best practice
  • Reporting on KPI’s, spend, progression and areas for improvement and growth
  • Achieve an exemplar recruitment status with high client satisfaction
  • Ad hoc duties as and when requested

Key Information about the role:

  • Salary of £35k
  • Performance related bonus, OTE £100k
  • Monday-Friday, with hybrid working
  • You MUST have an enhanced DBS check
