Our client is a leading UK Facilities Management Company and require a Talent Acquisition Partner working remotely.

As Talent Acquisition Partner you will devise and implement a cohesive recruitment strategy, with a focus on fairness and inclusion across the Group and a review of processes, group communications and practices to ensure they are fit for purpose.

  • You have a proven track record of delivering recruitment related solutions to large, complex and diverse businesses
  • can provide demonstratable experience of devising and implementing effective talent attraction strategies

  • Ability to travel to the Gloucester Head Office on occasion 

Overview of the Talent Acquisition partner role:

  • Responsible for developing and implementing a fit-for-purpose recruitment service that delivers an outstanding service in attracting, recruiting and retaining talented individuals to meet the business demands and future growth opportunities.
  • Focus on demonstrating value for money, through a national approach recognising local needs.   
  • Subject matter expert to a team of internal recruiters, providing guidance and advice on effective talent attraction methods.
  • Ensuring candidates are appropriately sourced following the company’s policy on fairness & inclusion, championing social value in the workforce.
  • Develop, mentor and coach the recruitment team, whilst assessing their results against agreed targets (time to hire, quality of hire and cost of hire).
  • Ensure in-house recruiters and hiring managers are equipped to hire and on-board candidates successfully through providing a toolkit of procedures, coaching and training on recruitment and HR practices.
  • Manage recruitment budgets to demonstrate a cost-effective recruitment solution for the Group.
  • Develop an internal talent pipeline to ensure appropriate succession plans are in place for short term and longer-term development requirements.

  • Basic of £48,000
