Starting the year as Kate & Co and ending it as KC Group
We had our 25th birthday in May and celebrated this milestone by completely changing our name! As many of you know, we were originally called Kate+Co and changing such a recognised name was a big decision, but we felt The KC Group better reflected the direction we wanted our company to go in over the next twenty-five years.
I’m sure you are all used to the name change by now and have noticed that we haven’t changed our commitment to exceptional service and amazing results.

Plans for 2023
Building the team
We have a fantastic team of people here now (probably our best-ever lineup) and we will be continuing to invest in training and technology to help them be even more effective as we continue to grow.
More UK-wide clients and candidates
We are planning to continue to broaden our outlook to include the whole of the UK. This feels increasingly relevant given that remote and hybrid working is becoming more common, so our local candidates and clients will be able to benefit from our wider reach.

2022 has been an exciting year for us. We have loved working with clients and candidates, old and new. We are looking forward to 2023 with a feeling of positivity and optimism, which we hope we can share with you all.
Helping out this Christmas
As part of our celebrations this year, we decided to donate to Community Essentials through Solihull Summer Fest www.community-essentials.org.uk . They do an amazing job assisting vulnerable individuals and families in crisis by providing emergency food packages which they hope provides them with much-needed breathing space during times of significant need.
